  1. How long does delivery take?
    Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary slightly based on your location and courier service.

    Yes, free shipping is available across India on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.

    We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (available on selected pin codes).

  4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

    Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video.

  6. Is an unboxing video mandatory for returns or exchanges?
    Yes. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required to approve any return or exchange request.

  7. Do you allow exchanges?
    Exchanges are allowed only if a wrong product is delivered, subject to verification and product availability.

  8. When will I receive my refund?
    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days after approval.

  9. How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via SMS or email. You can track your order using the courier link provided.
