At Parfectbazar, we process orders quickly to meet delivery timelines. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled.

Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Please share your order number while requesting cancellation.
If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be accepted.

Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
If you no longer want the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy, subject to eligibility.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders require confirmation before dispatch.
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
Repeated COD cancellations may lead to COD being disabled for future orders from the same customer.

Refund for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Seller-Initiated Cancellations
Parfectbazar reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
Product becomes unavailable
Incomplete or incorrect delivery details
Order flagged for verification or security reasons
In such situations, customers will be informed and a full refund will be processed if payment was already made.
